Hello! My name is David Hartless. I am from New Jersey in America and I have been in Japan since 1999. I love Japan very much, especially the food! I have been teaching English in Japan at many various companies including "Eikaiwas" both big and small, a college, Elementary schools, a Junior High School, a consultant for an English School and I have even been involved in creation of teaching materials from textbooks, Educational CDs, and even game ideas for adults and kids. I enjoy teaching very much even though my background is in Mechanical Engineering. Since I came to Japan, I have been studying Japanese and I have passed level 2 of the Japanese Profiency Test so I understand very well the long , and sometimes painful, task of learning a second language. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, playing guitar and drums, and watching movies. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your English goals, whatever they may be!
